1. SELECTING A RENTAL CAR

To book a rental car, first choose which category of car you would like:

A1 - small passenger car
A2 - medium passenger car
A3 - large passenger car
B - minivan
C - crossover
K1 - small commercial vehicle
K3 - large commercial vehicle

2. CHOOSE TIME AND PLACE

In the fields to the right of the page, choose the Time and Place appropriate to you. Please specify business or private contract.

Click ”Check Availability” to continue.

3. RENTER

Please fill out all fields under Renter’s Contacts, whether you are a representative of the renter or would like to book a car for yourself. In addition to supplying your contact information, you are also asked to fill out all the marked fields – document and driver’s licence numbers are of high importance for preparing the contract and concluding the reservation process.

Please Note! Only when all fields are correctly filled out will you be able to confirm your reservation.

4. RENTER'S CONTACT PERSON

Renter's contact person information is automatically filled with data of the Renter. If the renter's contact person is not the same as renter, you can change this information at this stage.

5. DRIVERS

If you want to add extra drivers, you can do this at this stage. In addition to the contact information, you need to add the license number and the expiration date.

6. ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Here you may choose additional services such as roof boxes, car safety seats for children, GPS devices etc.

If you would like to receive a price quote, please click on the field ”DOWNLOAD”. If you would like to proceed to reservation, click on the field ”Next”.

7. VERIFICATION OF DATA

Please check carefully that all entered data is indeed correct and read the terms and conditions of the rental contract. The conditions of the contract may also be obtained under ”Good to Know”, ”General Terms and Conditions”.

To move on to the next stage, check the box ”Yes, I accept the terms and conditions of the rental contract.” and click on ”NEXT”.

8. CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION

You have reached the final stage of making a reservation, where you may choose whether you would like to pay at once or if you’d prefer to forward your information to a rent consultant. If you are certain that you would like to rent a car but are uneasy with paying, choose the option "PASS TO SALES DEPARTMENT”. You will be contacted as soon as possible. Your unconfirmed reservation will be valid for 24 hours. If you are not contacted by then, please call us at +372 6 747 780, or +372 6 747 781.

If you decide to confirm your reservation by choosing to ”PAY FOR RESERVATION”, then your reservation is 100% guaranteed from the moment your payment has been received. Please read the payment conditions and instructions under ”Good to Know”, ”Payment”. All documents – price quote, contract, invoice, are downloadable until the end of the booking process. These are sent to your e-mail once the reservation is complete and you will be able to print them out if necessary.
