As usual with ABC, the transaction was problem free and simple. The car was clean (even though the streets were filthy with melting snow) and the formality of handing over the car was simple. These are the reasons I will always use ABC when in Estonia.- Robin

Excellent communication at booking. Good value rental price and reasonable insurance cover. I would have liked clearer information on the kilometre limit at the time of hire. I understood that it was 200km per day before a charge was applied (not experienced on previous hires from the company) which influenced my use of the car somewhat. On return of the car I was advised that this 'limit' did not apply if the hirer remained within Estonia. So this should be made clearer at the time of the booking and when the car is collected. Otherwise car and service were great. I will rent from ABC Rent when next in Estonia provided value and quality of service remains the same or better. - Berry
